Waters of Patagonia S.A. is a joint stock company established in Chile, uniquely positioned to meet the demands for high quality drinking water worldwide. Water scarcity is a bigger problem than first assumed, no longer limited to arid areas. The availability and access to water in large amounts will become the crucial element when dealing with water resources in an economic environment where market pricing will become the norm.

Over the next decade it is expected that both urban and rural communities will continue to be severely impacted by both water supply and demand issues, water usage being essential for human existence rapidly increasing demands due to economic development, urbanization, climactic change, general population growth and higher living standards will impact individuals, industries, countries and regions. The availability of water is considered one of the key limiting factors to future growth and development and few global areas are willing or able to become new providers.

Waters of Patagonia has extensive tracts of land where massive, pure and renewable water resources are available in a natural, pollution-free ecosystem located in Chile’s remote Southern Patagonia - 48°S 73°W. The land is surrounded by the largest National Park in Chile, Parque Nacional Bernardo O’Higgins and located within the boundaries of the Southern Patagonia Ice Field (SPI), one of the largest fresh water sources in the world. The company has already secured water concessions from the Chilean Government for billions of liters per annum and is applying for still more.

Water quality tests confirm this area as an excellent source for drinking water of the highest quality, meeting or exceeding the toughest standards without any processing even in its “raw condition”. U.N. data pinpoints the region as having the purest air and water on the planet, a result of the prevailing westerly winds and currents off the South Pacific Ocean that, combined with the lowest population density in the world, ensures it as a constantly renewable source of water of singular purity.

Waters of Patagonia is prepared and has the ability to procure the logistic, technical and shipping means and resources to continuously supply very high volumes of drinking water to consumer/users located anywhere in the world, at competitive market prices. Fulfillment of initial orders is expected to take six to eight months and can be provided continuously thereafter. Waters of Patagonia’s portfolio includes the initial distribution and marketing of ultra premium bottled water, Crevasse®, for which patent protection and trademarks have been secured. This luxury brand will be available exclusively at high end retailers, restaurants, and hotels, and work simultaneously to establish the excellence of the source of waters supplied by the company.
